Reducing risk of forklift accidents in your facility – protecting lifes

U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and OSHA report: Industry statistics citing 9 in 10 forklifts being involved in a serious injury or fatality accident over its lifetime. OSHA estimates that forklifts account for 61,800 minor injuries, 34,900 serious injuries, and 85 forklift related deaths every year. With 900,000 forklifts in operation, there is a 1 in 10 chance that each forklift working in your facility will be involved in an accident this year. Almost 80% of forklift accidents involve a pedestrian. 1 in 6 workplace deaths are forklift – related.

How do we improve forklift danger awareness?

Our systems are seamlessly integrated in the forklift chassis and once a pedestrian enters a set parameter around the forklift, the alert system will warn the operator by emitting a sound and light signal. Pedestrians are being warned at the same time via the T10R pedestrian tag’s vibration, sound and light.

How long does a project take?

Being a turnkey provider, we take pride in offering the entire project, from finding the right system, evaluating the required system components and installing the equipment in your site and machines. A simple system with 5 forklifts will take about 3 days to be installed. Order lead time for the equipment is about 2-3 month.

Are these solutions affordable?

The modular system we offer is easily scalable and can grow with your budget. Our starting price of the equipment to fit 1 forklift and 10 pedestrians is USD 9,500. We also offer turnkey solutions which means we can work with all types of forklifts and have the manpower to come to your site and install the equipment.
