You are required to carry out PPM and Breakdown maintenance of all automated warehouse equipment and machines on site including product system faults, mechanical machine failures, including, roller and bearing changes and pneumatic. You are required to carry out installation, maintenance of a variety of machinery to distribute and store products and modification to maintain buildings and premises. This includes conveyors, sorting machines, picking stations, tote and pallet crane retrieval systems, Constructor Tornado vertical towers, Paternoster carousels. Supervising installation teams of 2-6 people.
Solid mechanical background. Ability to read blueprints/drawings. You will have knowledge and experience of installing and maintaining automated warehousing equipment, Conveyors (essential), vertical towers, carousels, and storage cranes. Organizational skills, analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others, management and leadership skills, diplomacy and current knowledge of safety guidelines in the industrial environment. A proven work experience in a similar role for 2-3 years.
